Continuous reboot problem...

I have a number of homebuilt computers that use the Tyan Trinity S1590
motherboard. Today the one running Windows ME began re-booting continuously,
never quite getting fully into Windows. No hardware or software has been
added recently. Any suggestions on where to begin my diagnosis?

I would start with

memory
then
PSU

Any leaky or bulging capacitors ?
