I have Windows Home XP and Macafee Virus software. I think one of the two started an automatic update and attempted to install the update. My CPU starts and stops continuously. I get the message when shutting down that WTOOLSA.exe could not install due to a missing .dll. Upon restart the same problem occurs. I have tried accessing the task manager to end process but am informed that I cannot. Any help would be appreciated.

This problerm is not from an update. Wtoolsa is a particularly nasty piece
of spyware. See the following links for more information.
