I have two text boxes in my continuous form one has a figure between 0 and
300 the other has this number as a percentage of another textbox in the
header section. How can i target say one of the percentage boxes if it falls
between 150 and 200 to turn red.
i have the code to turn the text box red but as it is a contionuous form
they all turn red i want other ones yellow or blue. Can't see how to do it.

If you have Access 2000 or later you can use Conditional Formatting? Open
your form in design view and click on the text box. Then click on
Format>Conditional Formatting.

So you are counting the formatting set under Options? I really wouldn't
count that as Conditional Formatting since no condition is evaluated for the
default.

Strictly speaking, if you use Conditional Formatting you can set 3
conditions to trigger the format change whether you use VBA or do it under
the menu choices.

Correct in that sense.

Just that there are 4 formats but 3 of them can have conditions.

Just trying to emphasize that there is 1 default format and 3
conditional on a form using datasheet view.

Ron.
