continuous error message

24-7 -- this message stays on my screen: "A program is
trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" My choices to click
are yes, no, cancel. It does not matter what I hit. It
will not go away. When I'm in Outlook calendar, that box
comes on and interrupts what I'm doing. I have to hit NO
many times. The box goes away for about 10 seconds and
then it's back. I cut my computer off at the end of the
day. When I cut it on in the morning, that darn box with
the same message stays there. How do I get rid of this
bothersome box? Thanks for all helpful responses AND most
importantly, remedies to rid my screen of this?

Have you any current, up to date deffinitions, AV software running?
If not why not.
The msg generally means what it says.
ie an application is attempting to access yr email addressess, to send mail.
