Continuous day countdown excluding weekends and public holidays (urgent)

Hello. Does anyone know how to use a statement or a function tha
calculates how many days are remaining from a start date to a due date
but excluding weekends and public holidays, and this continuousl
countsdown after each day
 
One way

=NETWORKDAYS(TODAY(),duedate,Holidays)

of course once you come up to the due date it will give you minus days
