continous form

How do you set up a continous form? and can you give me an
example of why you would use one.

A continous form is set up by setting it as such in the
forms format properties. A continous form is very often
used when you want the form to have a datasheet feel to
it, but want a bit more design flexibility.

how do you set up the option boxes, so that when clicked
on it will go to the next page.
