Context menu item removal?

How can Iget rid of an item on the recycle bin context menu.I installed
Ulead Photo Explorer and for some reason it also installed itself on the
context menu of the recycle bin and everywhere else.Every time I right click
on the recycle bin" open with Ulead Photo Explorer" is available.What can I
use to get rid of this?Thanks.There must be an application to make this
possible,I think.Help.
