Context app 'path to clipboard'

I have an app installed which allows me to right click on a file and have
the entire path sent to the clipboard. This is a great boon, however I don't
know where it came from. I'm going to be installing XP again and wanted to
be sure to add that app. Anyone know?

I have it as "Send To Clipboard (as name)", that is one of the Send To Toys
Control Panel Applet:

Microsoft's Power Toys (don't know what's avail. for XP).
Just google "power toys"
