Dear All,

Recently, we have one sender sending an email with attachment to 3 different
person, but only one eprson received the email with attachment while the
other 2 peron received the email without any attachment.

The content type for the person who received the email with attachment is
"application/vnd.ms-excel" while the other 2 person who received the email
without attachment is "application/ms-tnef".

Please kindly advise if there is any way to resolve this problem.

Cange the format of the outgoing message from Rich Text to Plain Text or
HTML.
