Content Tab Hidden

Has it always been hidden? If so, then your system
administrator has taken away your privileges to access
that section.
 
No - it has not always been hidden. My friend told me
about a file systems folder that I could access similiar
to regedit (maybe it was regit) and I disaabled to it see
what it would do. Then it wasnt a big deal, now it is. I
want to be able to use my inline autocomplete.

I forget the folder name and how to locate it in the
folder
