"Content.log" file growing

What software creates a file called content.log in the root directory of the
C drive? This file is created immediately after I delete it. It grows about
10 KB every few seconds. After several days it will be hundreds of megabytes
in size.
 
Open it up with Notepad and see what it says
for clues where it came from.

That sounds like malware.
