Content advisor

I have forgotten my passowrd to enter the content
advisor. The hint is my pets name (although I don't even
remember ever designating a password here), but I only
have one pet and his name doesn't work. I've tried
spelling it different ways; nothing. Is there a way to
retrieve the password or reset it?
