Content Advisor Password

I set my content advisor password 3 years ago and now
have no idea what it is...and no way to reset or delete.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Cannot Remove a Forgotten Internet Explorer Ratings Password

Note, the article states that you will not be charged if it is just a
password reset.
