Unable to open IE on BOTH home computers
due to apparent lack of a CONTENT ADVISOR
password.
Contacted Microsoft who said go to public
library to retieve a CA-reset.EXE file they'd
send me.
However, when I tried to download this file
to obtain a cont. advis. password, received
the following message:
A:\CA-reset.EXE could not be saved
because you cannot change the con-
tents of that folder. Change folder
properties, and try again, or try
saving in a different location.
Sorry, now I don't know exactly what I should
do. (??) Am now at a library location. The only
choice I had was to save this file by down-
loading it, which was UNSUCCESSFUL. Am desper-
ate to clear up this problem. Thanx for your
help.
