Content Advisor - Can you restrict 1 user, but not others?

Here's the story: I have a computer that is shared. During the day the user
needs full internet access. When he leaves for the day it's logged in as a
different user. That user account I want to restrict to only specific
websites. The problem is that the settings for Internet Explorer affect both
users. I simply want to be able to restrict the internet usage of 1 user and
allow full use to the other. Has anyone already done this or have steps on
how to?

Sounds like a good idea to me. However, the settings are global (i.e. for
all users at all times.) Content Adviser is not a replacement for a fully
featured filtering program.

Can't help you there. If it were me, I would check the internet for reviews,
starting with the popular e-zines, such as Cnet (www.cnet.com) and PC
Magazine (www.pcmag.com). I hope other readers of this newsgroup can supply
personal recommendations.
