When I am sending an email and I clik on "Send To" a
window pops up with the names in my address book. However
they are alpha by first name. How do I change so that
they will be displaned last name alpha?

Post your Outlook version when you have questions. We can' t answer unless
you do. The Outlook Address Book can only be sorted by the "First Name"
field or the "File As" field.
