I have tried to create contact groups but when I start to add individuals
from my address book I get an error message.
Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x785023C 0x85653B4C
0x7585023C 0x7585023C in a blue framed window that has "Windows-No Disk" in
the left hand corner.
This error message causes Windows Mail to stop responding. I am just staring
to use this program. Any ideas what the problem is?
I have a new HP running Vista.

For many contacts problems, it helps to start Windows Mail, then click
Tools,
then Windows Contacts, then right click in the empty space under the right
end
of the toolbar in the new window, then click on Customize This Folder, then
the triangle, then Contacts, then Apply, then OK, then close the contacts
window.
