My contacts in Vista Windows Mail are first name first. How do I change it
to last name first? I've looked everywhere with out success.
 
Open Contacts
if you don't see a column for Last Name, then add it.
right-click on the "Name" column heading, select "Last Name"
(you can add which ever columns you want....)
then just click on the column heading to sort up/down...
