I am trying to send a message to someone who has changed their email address.
I went into my contacts and changed their address to the new one, but when I
try and send them an email the old address comes up in the address field.
The old address is not in the contact list nor is it in my address book. Why
does it not come up with the new address?

Because you are looking at a cached list; a list of addresses you used
before. When the list pops up use your arrow keys to highlight the address
and press DEL on your keyboard.
