In the bottom left field of a contact in outlook there is
a box with contact links. The name in there is pulled
from the FULL NAME field. Is there a way of linking it to
list the FILE AS field instead. Most of our admin team do
not recognise individual person names when they show as
links in that field but the company that they represent.
They have to go into the linked contact name to find the
details which is time consuming.
