Greetings Tonto,
This is related to a few problems that are happening server-side at the moment-- hopefully
they'll be resolved soon. In the meantime, you can probably talk to them by moving the "All
users" from the Blocked list to the Allow list. To do so, open up the main Messenger window,
click the Tools menu, then Options, then Privacy tab, click "All users" and then click
<<Allow.
