Contacts Permission and Sharing

I have granted permission to another user to several items in my Outlook
including Contacts. The other user automatically opens my Outlook in their
folder list and they can get to everything. When the other user clicks New
to create a new email, and they click TO: to address it, is there any way for
them to see my contacts in the "Show Names from the" drop-down list so they
can choose email addresses that I have in my contacts? Permissions granted
are "owner", so there should be no restrictions... We don't want to use
public folders to share the contacts.

Hi Noel,

Thank you! That works great with one exception. I want to see my own
personal contacts folder AND the contacts from the other email account when I
click the TO button on a new email. When I do this, I only see the contacts
from the other email account.

Any ideas how to be able to see both?

Wait, that DID work! The checkbox for my contacts under Outlook Address Book
to "show this folder as an email address book tab" was unchecked in the new
profile. Once I checked it, I can see both. THANK YOU!
