Outlook 2003 Contacts is setup with several sub-folders in different
catagorys. When I sync my Dell AXIM none of the contacts show, nor are there
any Groups shown in the drop-down. Prior to dividing the contacts into
groups on my PC, all showed up in the Pocket PC. Is there a way configure
Outlook to sync that information?

No unfortunately not, Activesync can't deal with subfolders and will
only sync the default contacts folder. You have to use categories to
separate the contacts, not folders.
