Contacts List Details

In my Contacts folder I have set the colums for details as 'Name', 'email
address' and 'Department'. The view displays these three headings and Names
and email addresses are displayed but not the itext I have typed in
'Department'. What must I do to display details in 'Department'?

Click on an arrow to the right of one of the column headings and choose your
fields to display.
 
Thank you Gordon but I have done this and 'Department' is displayed but not
the text I typed under this tab when setting up the New Contact.
 
I installed Windows Mail, 2 days ago, and I have the same proble.

You do not install WM, it comes with Vista.

You might have installed WLM?

If so the newsgroup that you need is
microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

They will want some detail from you, "me too" is not good enough, describe
"your own" problem fully in a new thread.
