Contacts in AD

Hello,

We have in our AD more then 10.000 contacts. When I need
to add a user to a group all these contacts are listed and
make the choice difficult. How can I instruct AD to list
only the user accounts and not contacts??

Go to view and select filter options. Select "Show only..." you can now
select which attributes to select.
 
You could put the contacts into a separate OU to make life a little easier
