Contacts in 2k3

I have several subfolders in my contact and my outlook is
setup as pop account. when i click on "New Email" and
then on "To" all i see is just the main contact not the
subfolders.
I'd appreciate your help on this.

Have you enabled each of those subfolders as address books?
 
So, what is the answer to Brian's question?
Enable each subfolder as an email address book it its properties.
