Contacts Groups

I want to make a new contact group but I cant find anything under the tool
bar that will allow me to do that in contacts. Checked the help section and
it indicates that it should be there to set up contacts. There is nothing
there to do that. Ideas?
 
Open Contacts. Right click in an empty area of the window. Select Properties.
Customize tab. Select Contacts from the Use this folder type... drop down list.
Apply. OK.
 
My contacts window has a button in the tool bar "New Contact Group" that
lets me build them.
 
Thanks Cal Bear. So why don't they include this in Help and in their
Knowledge Base in the first place.
 
Cal Bear - tks so much. I've been having the same problem and now you've
resolved it.

"Go Stanford" (although my wives Ph.D. is from CAL)
