Contacts folder

I have a client that cant see her contacts when she opens a new email. She
uses outlook 2003 with a pop3 connection. When she opens a new mail message,
and clicks the To button, her list of contacts doesnt show up on the list of
contacts. The check box on the Outlook Address book is checked, but the
contacts still dont show up. Can you help me fix the problem.

When she gets the dialogue box when selecting the TO: button, what is
displayed in the drop down box beneath "Show Names From The:"?
