Contacts arranged in Subfolders

I am using Outlook 2000 & have my contacts organized into subfolders. In Contacts, the folders are sorted alphabetically. When I go to address an email (using the address book) my subfolders are all out of order. I have tried using the Tools>Address Book>Sort Order etc. but that only sorts the items in each folder that I have highlighted. How do I sort the folders?

Folders will appear in the order in which they were created.
