I have XP - don't know what's happened. Have not installed any new programs.
Attempted to solve problem using Outlook HELP, but no luck.

Do you know in what folder the contacts are stored? If so, right click that
folder, choose Properties, Outlook Addressbook, and ensure that "Show this
folder as E-Mail Addressbook" is ticked.

Have the same problem. Contacts stored in Contacts folder under Contacts.
When I right click and go to properties, the "Show this
folder as E-Mail Addressbook" and checkbox are greyed and I cannot change. When I go into Contacts, all of my address are there and if I start tyong an address after clicking To, CC, or Bcc, Outlook doesknow soehow where they are becuse it gives me addess suggestions as I type. Missing ome address book connection to the address buttons when I send I suspect.

Working on this for weeks unfortunately. Don't want to retype 200+ addresses.

Thanks in advance,

Jamie
