Contacts and sending pictures

I use Outlook Exp0ress. I have always been able to send pictures from my
picture folders and used my contacts list to send them. All of a sudden I can
select the picrtures but no contatcs come up and if I manually type in the
address it still does not send. I have not made any changes until I changed
over to the new internet explorer. I am sure I have sent some since then.
What could of happened and how do i fix it? I really need to get some
pictures to someone. Thank you
 
I use Outlook Exp0ress.

You'll want to post to microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general. OE has nothing
to do with Outlook.
