How do I transfer my address book and folders from Outlook
Express to Outlook?
 
Which Folders?
OE can import your Message Folders directly. File > Import > Message
Folders...
It cannot import your Contacts Folder directly (that's what Outlook uses,
not an "address book"). You'd first have to export your Outlook Contacts
Folder to a format OE can import, such as CSV.
