Contact won't Select Custom Task Form

Hi All

I have setup a custom task form which works ok if I select tasks then new.
However if I select a contact and under actions select new task for contact
I get the standard task form. How do I get my customised one

Hi Sue

THanks for your help. I use O2003 on all client computers (connected to
SBS2003). DOwnloaded tool and will give it a go. Wonder if I can ask another
question. Is it possible to change the location where this file is saved
e.g. when you select a public folder contact and select new task for contact
it saves into users task file and I would like it to save into a public
folder.

Either you teach the users how to use File | Move to FOlder instead of Save
and CLose or you modify the form so that is saves *all* tasks to the public
folder (which I don't think is what you want).

Hi Susan

Thanks for speedy response. I was looking at the script you have on your
website about saving the form in a different folder but can't seem to get it
to work but this move to folder maybe a better option.
