Contact Phone Number Customization

I am trying to customize my Outlook contacts. I want to add a new category
in the drop down list that appears next to phone numbers (ex. Business,
Business 2, etc.).

Does anyone have experience with this?

Sorry, BCM doesn't allow that. It's tightly controlled by Outlook and you
can't change it. You could add a new custom field and put it at the bottom
of that form, but not inline with the other phone numbers...

In BCM v3 go to menu BCM|Customize Forms.
