Contact Management Database Template

I am trying to replicate the Calls tab in my own contact database - similiar
to the template available from Microsoft. I cannot get the Memo field in the
Calls table to display in sequence with the CallId. I have tried to creat
another table called Memo and but that didn't work: Enter Parameter Value
dialog box came up. Any suggestions?

There is a hidden textbox on the main form named CallID with a controlsource
= to a control on the first subform. The memo field subform is linked to
that textbox (CallID)

I am a novice at this so that doesn't help much - is there a demo or tutorial
available on this topic? Or is there an alternative to this option. I can
barely use the forms and queries and have no coding ability.
