contact list

all of my read mail senders are being automatically added to my contact list.
How can I prevent this?

To fix this problem click on (tools) then click on (options) and on the
(tabs) click that says (send) then uncheck Automatically put people I reply
to in my contact list.
That should take care of the problem.
