Contact list problem

Each time someone sends me an e-mail, the list of recipients gets
automatically added to my Windows Contacts list (what we used to call our
address book). I then have to go into the contact list several times a day
to delete all the e-mail addresses of people I don't know which have been
added. I looked about for settings which might control such a function but
found none. Any suggestions?

Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. Look at whether there is a check
mark in the box before Automatically put people I reply to in my Contacts
list. If you want to change it, click on this box, then Apply. Click on
OK.
