Contact Groups vs folders

Anyone know a way to get Contact Groups to display at the top of the contact
list like folders do? It's a PITA to have to scroll thru the list to find
the right group to drag and drop a contact into it!
 
In the 'Contacts' folder window, you can add the 'Type' column, then
mouseover the 'Type' header, click the drop-arrow & select 'Group'. Click
the 'Type' header to reverse the sort order of the groups.

If you want Groups at the top of the list in the 'Select Recipients' dialog,
You'll have to rename them with a leading underscore or some other character
that sorts before 'A'.
