Contact Form

i am updating our office website that someone built a few years back. i know
enough to edit strait in HTML but there are many things that are new to me.

we have a contact page, where anyone on the web can fill out a form and hit
a submit button and it sends the mail to our boss' inbox.

as i move things around to get them to fit our new office standard i can not
get this new page to send to his inbox.

i copied the html of that section of the page strait over to the other page.

hopefully from the HTML you can figure something out

thanks.

here is the old page
http://www.foxarch.com/contact.htm

and here is my failed atempt at the new page

also,
there is a contactmailer.php page that then shows the persons name that was
submitted... i don't see anywhere in the HTML that brings that in or
anything remotely like that.
a little help there too would be nice.
thanks

ya know what....

i think i found out whats wrong...

i found some code in the contactmailer.php file that i didn't even remotely
notice before and it looks like what should send it to my boss... i'm going
to try this out but if you have any info about how to get this right the
first time when i start from scratch in the future it would be great.
thanks,
