Contact attachments

Outlook provide you with the ability to add attachments (in the notes field)
to a contact. This allows me to add a business card image to a contact etc..
Can I configure Outlook to provide a thumbnail of the attachment in the
Contact notes field?

No, Outlook has no such thumbnail feature. You could, however, use the contact picture, but I'm not sure how good it would look.
