I am using Windows XP home edition SP2 and Outlook 2003. I keep getting the
popup Enter Network Password constantly. I have tried deleting the user info
from the registry but this did not work. Popups are driving me NUTS and
preventing me from using Outlook to access my Emails.

I'm sorry, but we don't have enough information here. What "user info"
did you delete? What do the popups say? What "Network Password" do you
think the popups are asking for? How do you normally connect to the
Internet?

The popup says "Enter Network Password" and asks for the password to my third
party Email account. The passwords are already entered and saved for this.

So I deleted the user subkey under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider in the
registry settings as this is supposed to solve the problem. But it did not,
probably persists with increasing frequency.

This seems to be a frequent problem as I found lots of hits on Internet with
people having the same problem, but nobody with a solution.

Normally when this happens you have the user account/password
information entered incorrectly. Rather than deleting a registry key,
you might try re-creating the Outlook email settings.

Otherwise, for questions regarding Outlook post in a newsgroup for the
program. Try microsoft.public.outlook.general.
