Conspiracy Theory ? W2K with all its patches is slow but... W2K3 is faster !

Everytime I apply a new security patch from MS, our systems become slower
especially in regards to Internet access. Is this a ploy by MS in order to
try and get us to upgrade to Windows 2003 ? I ask since recently BG's
comments about prev. versions of MS Office make me think that there's a
strategy coming to light ?

If so, then there's all the more reason to shift to another platform.

It sounds more like your machine is just bogged down... might want to
re-image it.
