Consolidation of percentages in pivot table

I have come across a problem consolidation of percentages across several
Business units:
$
Revenue 150
Direct Costs 100
Gross Margin 50
Gross magin % 33%

When consolidating percentages it adds up percentages which we know is
wrong

There is a field setting where you can set this as "show data as % of total"
but it changes the whole field to %

I need only that partucular row/cell to be %
