consolidating multiple lines with similar matching column

I have a spreadsheet with columns such as:

Vendor Vendor Part Number Qty

There are situations where the Vendor part number and vendor are on
multiple lines. What I would like to do is once I have entered the
all of the data run something that will consolidate the similar vendor
part numbers and add the quantities together. Is this possible in
excel? I would greatly appreciate the help anyone could provide!
