Dear Friends,
I want to have only 1 archive.pst file but I have multiple archive.pst files
in my disk. Is it possible to consolidate them?
My Outlook version: Outlook 2003 Std.

Thanks a lot..

Sure. Open two of them with File>Open>Outlook Data File, open each older in
one, select all of the contents with CTRL-A and used Edit>Copy to Folder to
copy the selection to the other PST's corresponding folder. Continue that
way until all the folder contents are copied. FInally, close the PSTs with
right-click>Close on their roots.

Great suggestion! Another way you could do this is create a rule that moves
all items to the new location. Run the rule on each pst.

That, too, is a great idea and, frankly, had not thought of it before.
While it will work only for mail folders, it can certainly make handling
those folders easier.

Great catch on the mail items!
