Consistent App. Log Error

In application log of event viewer i get an 2 error
messages every 5 minutes on all of our DC's. The event
IDs are 1001 and it is immediately followed by event id
1000. The description for these two events is below. I
greatly appreciate any and all help anyone can provide.

Description:

Event ID 1001: Security policy cannot be propagated.
Cannot access the template. Error code = -536870909.

How many nics in your server? Did you have a look at www.eventid.net yet?

Each server has 2 nics. I havent looked at that site b/c
its a pay membership and I havent heard if its worth what
you pay yet.

Check the bindingorder of those nics and make sure the internal nic is on
top.

Why does each server have 2 nics? Are they all W2K-servers? Does one of
those do RRAS as well? In that case, make sure you have applied the regedits
in 292822.
