How do I fix this error?

You are not able to logon.
You exceeded the limit of total connections.

Thanks.

Hi.

This error message doesn't sound like a message generated by Microsoft
Access. I suspect you weren't using this database product, which is a part
of the Microsoft Office suite, when you received this error message. Were
you?

HTH.
