connection difficulties

when i log off of msn and try to get back on, it say that
it is exsperiencing technical difficulties and won't let
me log back on until i restart my computer. what do i do?

Because this is a terminal services newsgroup, you would
probably get better support if you posted into a more
appropriate group, like microsoft.public.msn.messenger,
for instance.
