connection count

Thanks to those who answered my question. I have another question now. How does win2K count the connections to it. I know that the max number of connections is 10, but does it take one connection as per the user who is connected or does it take connections as to how many files that user has open. I hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help.
 
R-click "My computer" and select Manage then look in System tools
,Shared folders, sessions to see whats going on.
