Connecting two computers

Is it possible to connect to computer (so they can read
each others files and accesories (print etc.) using each
computers wireless cards?

The computers recognize the wirless signal of each other
but I can not get them to see one another when using the
networking wizard in Windows XP that is running in both
computers.

You do have a wireless router that is sending signals to the PC's right?
Both PC's need to have File and Printer Sharing enabled and you need to set
up shared folders on each so that there is something to share.
 
Sorry if i posted this twice, It is called an ad hoc
network. I haven't set one up in a while so I will want
to see if anybody comes along that recently has set one
up. If no one comes along soon I will try to stumble
through it.
